Lynn's Story
Lynn has lived in Lodi most of her life and has worked in the wine industry for over 38 years. She has worked for the Kautz family close to 30 years and has made Bear Creek Winery her work home. She has experience in a diversity of areas including, but not limited to, tasting rooms, wine sampling, administrative work, weighmaster, lab tech and now her current role as the Lab Manager for Bear Creek Winery.
She is a valuable team player, loyal and flexible. Lynn has for many years been deeply invested in the company. Her most recent accomplishment was designing our lab. We take great pride in our lab and it is a highlight of our tour for the many winemakers and lab professionals who visit.
Outside of work, Lynn enjoys spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoys time with her grandchildren. She loves concerts, NHRA drag races and loves going to the fireworks celebration at Ironstone every year.
